Our Work & Approach

We build programmes with communities, not simply for them.

Community ownership

From local priorities to shared action.

ZFA’s organizational approach places young people at the centre of identifying challenges, shaping solutions, carrying out activities and learning from results.

As a newly registered organization, we are building our programme portfolio and institutional systems responsibly. We aim to document progress transparently and share learning with communities and partners.

  • Listen to young people and local stakeholders
  • Co-design relevant, realistic activities
  • Implement with volunteers and community partners
  • Monitor results, learn and improve
ZFA community engagement

⚖

Accountability

We aim for responsible resource use, open communication and clear oversight.

♡

Safeguarding

We uphold dignity, protection, inclusion and a do-no-harm approach.

Our stage of growth: ZFA is newly registered (2026). We are establishing our programme systems, partnerships and monitoring practices. We do not publish unverified beneficiary totals or impact claims.
